I'm trying to do an overall on my eating. I eat a lot of fruit as it is but I know that a lot of them have a tons of calories, sugar, etc. What is the best for you in terms of lowest calorie and fat total?

well...melons are very low in calories and sugar...berries are good...also grapes (2 calories per grape) and orages (about 45 calories for a medium orange). Those are just a few examples

From what i have seen fruit seems to be low-calorie, plus most of the sugar is fructose, whick is absorbed very slowly.

On a website i was looking up the calories in some fruits and it said that an apple was 80 calories, a pear was about 98, oranges around 66 and grapes around 4 cals per grape. Is this accurate?
