I'm 5ft even and 208lbs, in the past year i've lost 40lbs without trying. Now I want to try and lose at least 90lbs. I have no kids, no husband/boyfriend, no anything to take up my time. I have plenty of time to devote to fitness. What is the best way to lose as quickly as I can. I have checked with my Dr. and was given the okay to lose as much as 5lbs a week for a little while.
I have access to a gym and everything. My only major pitfall is I work at a fast food place, it also has its upside though because I am moving around for 8 hours a day. I can workout in the mornings before work and after work.
Also when is the best time to eat, before or after a workout?

It really depends on the person. Personally, I like to work out after a meal. Because if you have healthy food for a meal, your body uses it for energy, your body stores the fat from non-healthy foods(not good ;)) So its up to the person.
