Me again,
Sorry I feel better when I ask questions.. ;) Every day when I FIRST wake up my eyesight is at is very best! Almost like the lens is nice and smooth and not dry and the eyesight is really good, but then within a half hour the vision starts to blurr, and go back to fluxuation and probably dryness, blurriness from drops etc. Is this normal in the beginning?
Has anyone else noticed the great vision right away when first getting up in the beginning stages of the procedure or even later??
thanks
Cari

I have the exact same symptoms, clear in the a.m,fuzzy in the day, better at night.Thats in one eye only. The right eye which needed the most correction before Lasik.Left eye has been great and stable since day 3.When I take a short nap(10-20 minutes) it also clears up for a while.I am about 110 days post-op.Scion,I would be interested to hear your Dr.s comments after your appt.if you can share them with us.

Yep that's me clear in the morning a short time, then very fuzzy (only 3 weeks after surgery) and then at night it pops back in again for some reason......... it is also good a short time after I take a nap for short time or close or rest my eyes....... if it stays the way it is NOW after 3 weeks of surgery and does this every day it will be really BAD!! It's TOO blurry.... did any of you have a high astigmatism or curvature of the eye?? I'm wondering if it is the lens, it flattens out without and air or bubbles and then after awake for a while the bubbles or air fills in, hopefully it will eventually calm down. But blurry vision during the DAY when you need it defeats the purpose. :( At this point I am trying to be patient since everyone is saying it is pretty early, and trying to lubricate a lot...... but if it continues like this it is not good.
:(
This whole procedure is just annoying, you need a lot of patience and trust that things will improve!
Thanks
