I have recently had root planing as I have periodontitis and have now been told I have to go through this again as there is alot of plaque left. I really don't want to as its costly and I hate those injections!

Does anyone know of an alternative treatment. I have seen the sites which have treatments for this but wondered if they really work. Has anyone tried these? There is perio q and oramd. There are quite a few if you search under bleeding gums on google.
