I've been using apple cider vinegar for about a week now, and it's like a miracle for me. All symptoms of acid reflux have completely disappeared. Thanks to those members for sharing this tip.

Where do you buy the raw apple cider. In a health foodsstore. ANd then, how many times a day do you take it?
Thanks,

Someone recommended this to me also so I tried it. Let me warn you, if you haven't tried it before, you're in for a rude awakening. It tastes positively horrible, AND it didn't help my heartburn. But, if you still want to know, you can buy it in any grocery store.

interesting....it really helps me. i don't take it all the time but if i have a lot of heartburn and my prescription didn't help it for the day...i take the apple cider vinegar. the sick thing is...i like the taste! i'm serious. i mix it with some cranberry juice and ice....so good. i usually put in a tablespoon and a half and then only put a half a glass of cranberry juice. you HAVE to make sure and brush your teeth after though because it will ruin the enamel. :) good luck....

I just take the apple cider vinegar that can be purchased in a grocery store. I take one tablespoon before lunch and dinner. I don't care for the taste but I got used to it. It's well worth it to be free of heartburn and indigestion, at least for me.
You can also purchase a more expensive kind: RAW apple cider vinegar with mother at health food stores.
