Hey everyone! I am just looking for some advice...
I am looking to lose about 10 to 15 pounds for spring break. My tummy is a bit flabby and I want it to be flat by then (middle of April). Is that possible?
If I go on the treadmill every day, walking 2 miles (4.2m/hr) and running one mile (6m/hr), and do about 100 crunches a day, will I reach my goal? Does anyone have any advice or other ideas?
Thanks to anyone who replies! :D

Losing stomach fat is 80% diet, you could walk to the moon and back if your diet is not a reduced calorie clean diet you will not lose the stomach.
