so basically... i have thick legs... its just the way my body is built..
my thighs bother me so much!
no matter how much weight i lose they're still pretty big...
im 5'6 and 118 lbs..
it sounds pretty small but my thighs measure 22 inches around the biggest part! and ive always wondered... how big are other peoples thighs? lol.. sorry.. that probably seems weird.. does anyone else have thigh measurements though?

if you have thigh fat issues then try topical yohimbine (Yohimburn ES).
if you are just stocky and thick muscles through that area, stretching will help as well as de-emphasizing those muscles during cardio/weight training. ie changes in form and/or execution.
