Clinique

I've seen conflicting reports about which foods are best to avoid, so I thought I'd check with you guys and see if you have heard anything different. It's my understanding the following are high in lysine and best to consume:
soy (tofu)
cheeses
dairy products
beef and chicken
fish, tunafish (not shellfish)
To avoid:
citrus
chocolate
gelatin
whole grains and rices
nuts
caffeine
white flour
There are several that are somewhere in the middle but these seem to be the highs and lows.
I've also read that red wine can be both beneficial and cause outbreaks. I don't drink it but will start if it's beneficial, but can't seem to determine which it is.
Thanks for any help or information.
