Hi everyone,
Does anyone know what I can do to reduce the cellulite appearance in my upper arms? I am female, 22 and I weigh about 125-130 lbs at 5'2, so I'm not really overweight but I have a huge issue with the way my arms look. I am getting married in July, and would love to wear a strapless gown, but at this point, I am so self concious, I don't know if that will be happening... I even hate wearing short sleeved shirts.
Also, I've read in a previous post that reducing belly fat is 80% diet. Anybody know anything else about this?

The best way to shape up your arms (or any other part of your body) is resistance training. A couple of small dumbells (or soup cans) and some daily exercise will give you what you need. Magazines and books forever have pics of different exercises you can do. Look for an article or section of a book that focuses on the arms.
