hello all. i think i posted about this a few months back but i'm not sure.
i have this strange burning / pressure type feeling at the opening of my vagina when i sit and cross my legs. the feeling is hard to describe. i've been tested for yeast and it wasn't that. i was taking a lot of antibiotics at one point but i followed up with a probiotic and diflucan. does anyone have this type of feeling / pain??

anyone have any advice? i'd also like to add that i have burning / pain in the folds of my legs sometimes. i've been diagnosed with inflammation of the small bowel but could this be something totally separate? anyone have pain like this?

It could be cystitis. Does you get a burning feeling when you urinate?

i was getting a burning feeling post urination. that seems to have subsided. i've had tests for UTIs as well. how would they test for that?

My Doc tested my urine for cystitis.

yup...i've had those tests. i've had 2....both were negative. i get pressure in various parts of my abdomen. i kept thinking i had PID but when i have an internal, nothing is painful so they concluded that it must be intestinal. however, the still can't find the cause of the burning / pressure that i sometimes have in the vagina.

The inner thigh muscles can have trigger points that do this.

hmmm...interesting. don't know what it is....but i've had it off and on since oct. i feel bloated at times, pain at times, burning, etc. it might even be a bad case of IBS....but sometimes it feels like it's in my reproductive organs. problem is....i've been to the doctors a million times and they say all of those organs are fine! i've had small bowel inflammation, constipation, you name it. :(

I would wonder if you are just hitting your clitoris. It sounds like this to me. That is the main thing there and I suppose if you put too much pressure on it that would cause burning or else just a pleasure sensation. Just my thought.

Is the burning feeling there when you are naked or clothed?
It could be the seam on say a pair of tight jeans exerting pressure on a sensitive spot.

it's when i'm clothed....and it happens no matter what i'm wearing. also....this just began a few months ago. the doctor has tested me for all kinds of things but can't seem to find the root of the problem.

i started noticing the same or similiar symptoms recently. Sometimes there is also a slight throbbing pain as well. I have no clue what this is. ( I have been treated for chronic cystitis though). I would like to know if anyone else has experienced this also. Is it a hormonal thing??

yes...throbbing sometimes as well. interesting. i was wondering if it was hormonal as well. i'm thinking about going off the pill for a while to see if that helps.
