Well when I was younger, approx. 7 years ago, I had unprotected sex with a partner while I was extremely drunk. A few days later I had mild irritation in the region because I assumed I had not cleaned well enough afterwards, we passed out together after sex and woke up some 8 hours later still dirty. After a few days of making sure I was clean this irritation went away, and never came back.
About 6 months ago I started a new job where I move car parts off a truck onto shelves all day long, 8 hours a day. I sweat quite a lot while doing this because its very humid where I live and the heat gets to you. I am not circumsized so that region gets hot too and sweats alot. About two months ago I noticed I was begining to itch on the top of my penis, and it looked a little dry. I began using baby oil in a hot bath to try to sooth my skin, just a little bit, but this didn't seem to help any. About a week later I noticed small red pimpes, about the size of a pin head and smaller start to form around the head of my penis, and 1 or 2 on the shaft. Its been almost two months and the irritation on my penis is still present, but the shaft is back to normal. The small red pimples are only visable now after intercourse with my fiance, but we are both worried about it. I get a slightly itching irritation after I work alot, and sometimes after we have sex. We have been having protected sex the whole time, but I am wondering if the sweat / condom (spermecidal lub) could possibly be causing this, or perhaps friction from oral sex? She has never had any outbreaks or cold sores, and from the discription it doesn't seem to be the time frame of herpes, but I would like a second opinion. Also I live in San Antonio, and I can't seem to find a place that does Herpes type 2 blood tests down here, does any know recommend how I can get the testing done if a place locally doesn't do it? I have been trying to find a place for over a week and a half, and this is my last resort for asking questions now because locally no one seems to want to help me on this.
Next question, if I do have herpes 2, or 1, in my genitals, what are the chances it can spread through oral sex to her?
Thanks again, I would like emails from any one who has any helpful tips, I would be very grateful. [ please read and follow the posting rules - no emails ]

It might be a yeast infection. I have passed a yeast infection on to my husband who is not circumsized in the past. He had small spots on his penis head, redness on the shaft, and it was itchy. We used monistat...he just pushed some out of an applicator for women and slathered it on for two days and it went away.
