Hello all,

I have a problem at the moment, for the last week or soo I haven't been able to stop fluffing...I fart at least 30 times per day and believe me they don't smell soo good. I usally go commando as it is comfortable however I have realised now I need to wear underpants to trap some of the smelly air in...How can I stop these farts? Is wearing undies really stopping my farts being smelt by everyone???

Smelly flatulence, strong like sulfur is usually a problem with digesting meat protein. Taking digestive enzymes with food usually does the trick. Those containing hydrochloric acid (which tears the meat up and breaks it down) and protease will work best.

I agree with gort -- Taking a digestive enzyme should aid the digestion.
Also, if you go to the top of this Page a do a Google search on the WEB--- Controlling Intestinal Gas -- there are many sites to read about your problem.
