i just noticed red spots on tip of my penis. i just mastrubated (didnt use lubricant) so i wonder if its some reaction to that.. i have not had sex in over 2 months and i have always had protected sex over the past 3 years. this is realy weird that i am seeing this.. could it be just some reaction to the friction? i have never seen this before!

Dont worry, you broke your penis. happens to me all the time. because i take adderall i can go for hours. that same thing happens to me, but i dont get red spots. it just hurts to touch it, and gets pretty red and sorta looks like a rash. dont worry wait a day or to.
