Today after lunch. (i had a low-fat salad) I noticed a pain in my R arm. Now it also hurts in my chest too. only the R side though. My R chest bone and under my arm hurts when i take a deep breath. Should I be freaking out? Im 26 and in great health.

you shouldn't be freaking out but you should go to the emergency room. IT's possible that it's just gastric pain. However, all to often, people ignore real cardiac problems thinking they have gastric pain and then fall over because of a heart attack. chris
