I have IBS and whenever I'm on my period it gets worse. But recently something has been icthing and almost painful around my anus. I checked it and I think I saw a lump but I'm not sure. I was thinking it could be hemorrhoids, but there hasn't been any blood. I'm confused.

If it is something that is concerning you you really should be talking to your doctor. Nothing you can tell them will emberass them and it is always better to get something of concern checked out. If it's nothing, you have lost nothing. If it is something, better to have it treated by a proffesional. Everyone is different. A similar symptom in one person can have a completely different underlying cause. Just my 2 cents
