Hi MH, If your in Canda, sorry can't remeber everyone, They have HydromorphContin, Purdue of Canada's LA Dialuaidid product. It has a completely different release mechanism than the Palladone that was a short lived version on the US market last year..
They have had HydromorphContin up north for almost as long as OxyC. It comes in 3,6,9,12,18,24 and 30 mg.
Here is Purdue Canada's product page

Hey MH, Purdue did bring a product called Palladone to the US market last year, It was a 24 hour version of HMC "LA dilaudid". But within a year of being on the market a couple people OD because even a small amount of aclohol caused the entire contents to release. It was pulled from market within the first year. I don't know what a CP patient was doing drinking while taking dilaudid, but a few that can't control themself spoiled something that can be easily avoided with proper education.JMO
Good luck, Dave
PS What part of Canada are you from? I used to live near Seatlle so I did make it across the border to BC a few times as a kid. ;)
