That is how I felt in my 20s. Now I am 43 and suffering from bone loss. It is better to get an xray and make sure you have no bone loss there. You are very young so with proper care it should not be a problem.

I had the same problem with a back molar and unfortunately, due to bone loss, it couldn't be saved. I did take care of my teeth, or so I thought. My former dentist didn't watch me carefully enough. Now I'm going through alot of gum surgery to try and save the rest of my teeth. Check yours out.

Though it is unfortunate, much gum disease (periodontitis) is
due to genetics.. . Add to that, stress, smoking, nutrition, oral
hygiene, some medications and there is sometimes nothing our
dental professionals can do to keep those teeth from loosening.
Good luck with your oral care and maintenance!
I am battling gum disease, too.

There is 100% chance that you keep this tooth if you take proper care. Unless you have any genetic factor (like ifor me), in that case your hygiene can help you only to some extent..

Man, you need proffessional help from a dentist ASAP. Your home routine maintenance would be effective only after some dental treatment. dont delay any longer.

I have had a loose front tooth since early May of 2005. It won't get any looser (even though I scrub it hard) and it won't get any firmer. Just waiting for the day when it finally decides to fall out. The tooth next to it is solid as a rock. May have a tooth implant some day. :p There is 100% chance that you keep this tooth if you take proper care. What did your dentist say about the loose teeth? I would see a periodontist - they know about bone loss, gums, etc.
