need advice on meds for this one...

back of my eyes are heavy
slight dizzyness (nothing to bad tho)
slight sore head
almost feel as if i cant think right
also got a sore back (top half)
and a heavy chest

felt better i have...

had this before, about a year ago
cant mind what i took

any help out there ?
