okay, ive never been up front about these things but this is worrying me... sometimes i get some pimples around my genital area. not all the time but just sometimes. But today i dont know what it is. all i know is that it is large and more next to the testicular area. i keep worrying that it may be cancer or something of the sort. although it has a lot of attributes like a pimple, just a large one that a head hasn't grown on top yet, like a white head or something. it is on the surface of the skin mostly, but goes deeper than usual. it does hurt, because i tried squeezing it and it feels like a pimple about ready to pop, but im not sure. does anyone have any advice? if so, i would greatly appreciate it.
