I have a consultation scheduled w/ Dr. Nassif but would also like to see Dr. Ellenbogen. Both are obviously very good at what they do. But I know that each surgen has his own idea of what is aesthetically pleasing, that is upturned nose vs. straight profile. And even though they try to give what a client wants, I'd rather select a surgeon who agrees w/ what I want.

I had rhinoplasty several years ago and each year it looks worse and worse. Now my nostrils close in when I breathe (pinched tip). Let's just say that my surgeon (although I asked for a moderate, conservative 'smaller version of my nose" surgery) was a bit aggressive in taking off too much everywhere.
My nose is now very pointy, I would like a blunter tip. I have too narrow of a tip, I would like it filled out. I have slight assymetry and would like a straight profile vs. the scooped nose that my surgeon gave me.
So....having said that, anyone w/ positive results or negative results with these surgeons.

I have been on their site tons of times. I am going to see them both. But I think I am leaning towards Dr. Ellenbogen b/c he seems very comfortable with refilling what was too aggressively shaved off. I want to know if anyone w/ similar complaints had positive experiences w/ either of these two doctor?
