My migraines come on from like head and neck problems, so I go the chiropractor to get an adjustment but everytime I go to him he fixes my neck and back and brings on a really bad headache in the process no matter how gentle he is! I end up having to take stadol or something every time afterwards, but my neck isnt so bad, so for a week its not so bad but then I have to go back and go through the exact same thing! Does anyone else have this similar situation? is it worth it to go through this...

I thought a chiro was suppose to relieve pain not cause it!

What does the chiro have to say about your headaches after your neck & back readjustments? You seem to have left that bit of info out!

oh its just that i cant handle the adjustment it aggrivates everything and brings on the pain. He always says he will only do certain things and just do one adjustment instead of adjustments on more than one part of my body. The being gentle only helps once in awhile. So i dunno..thanks!

OMG!!! Sounds like you are caught between a rock & a hard place.
The doctor that presribed the pain meds, is he/she aware you are also going to a chiro?
