It looks so weird.. Will this cause him probs in the future?? It it his canine-front- baby tooth is fused with perm tooth up front..Baby tooth is hanging (small) fused to the front of his perm tooth..The dentist said no big deal.
It is so weird, but has never caused him any probs-dentist says it's ok.. Ever seen this?? It's freaky!
He's had it since he was a little kid..

I'm sure a cosmetic dentist could shape the tooth to look normal. It is a personal choice though. If he's fine with it, then that's great. If not, get an opinion from a cosmetic dentist.

I'm really not sure if it's a baby tooth-I think it's an extra very small tooth. You can't even see it unless he opens real wide. He don't care. so I guesse it's ok-LOL!

I think I had this same thing when I was young...My baby tooth stayed in while my adult tooth grew in. So, I had 2 teeth in one hole. The adult tooth pushed the baby tooth up, and made it look like it was growing out of the top of my gums.
So I dont know if we are talking about the same thing?? Mine eventually fell out!!!

Yeah, that's it exactly! It has it's own root and everything..

Alright then, there is nothing to worry about! My friends all thought it was cool. Your child doesnt look like a mutant! :) It will fall out eventually.
