i just dont know what to do

i have been using my humour and sarcasm more and more as i am scared of loosing people

the few friends i have, family, you guys just about everyone if i tell people how i feel then i just think everyone will run

i just want to curl up in the corner of a room any room
and dissapear

sorry just needed to vent

maybe someone can relate?

My family are supportive but other than that I don't bother trying to explain, I just try and keep a 'normal' demeanour so I don't get bothered.

When people say 'How are you?' unfortunately it's the minority that are actually interested....

i know what you mean that when someone asks how you are
that it (most of the time) means nothing and you kind of feel obliged to say

i have had a few people ask that recently and before i hadeven answered they had walked off to talk to someone else

not too good for my paranoia

guess i dont know when you guys walk off but its nice to feel asthough someone cares

When someone asks me how I am I usually say “the same”

My family takes terrible offence if I disagree with anything they say and I do not like lying so most of the time they just blather on and leave the room and I never say a word or listen to well.

Its kind of a sad way to interact, but like you say those people probably do not care to much and/or do not know any better so why let it bother you?

A least I try not to let it bother me.

the best way to get someone listening is to confuse them maybe i am just strange but i makes me giggle

Romford is a quietish suburb to the East of London - you are right, it's in Essex.

There's not a great deal to say about it...it's very ordinary...the only famous bit was the brewery which is now a shopping centre.
