For about four days, I have not had a normal bowel movement. I have not had to go all day, but after my evening meal (no matter what it's been), I have diarreha. It feels like I have to have a normal bm, but then just lots of water and a tiny bit of matter comes out.

Could this be a serious problem? It isn't like in the past when I've had a virus because I otherwise feel just fine. But I'm getting concerned. Any advice or insight would be appreciated.
