hi i am a 17 year old male and i noticed this white pimply things on my testicles a while ago and thought nothin off it. i trimmed my pubic hair ago and i noticed they are near the base of my penis (near my stomach). there is nothing near the top of the penis or on the head. any ideas what this could be.
also can u get stds by girls touchin the penis?

They are probably just sebaceous glands and hair folicles. Every mature male has them. If you are circumcised that is why they are not further up but guys get small ones on the outside of the foreskin.
About the only thing you could possibly get from touching would be herpes but that is EXTREMELY unlikely,
Geoff
ah ok then... cheers. was just worried cause like ive never seen them b4. also the foreskin has always been quite tight and its very hard to retract it when erect. is there anyway to losen it?

Yep, see my instructions on stretching, a sticky near the top of this board. If it's only tight when erect then that's only a mild case. Get back with any questions after you've read them carefully,
Geoff
ah ok then cheers. i think it is a tight fraenulum really. are they the same thing as what is in your mouth. i think i'll try stretching and see how it works out. how long do u think it will take for it to be ok?

What makes you so sure it's only the fraenulum? Sometimes they both can be tight. It is a similar structure to the one under your tounge but of course it's different too. It's impossible to give you a time as the frenulum varies a lot from bloke to bloke. Sometimes it can be stretched easily but in other cases it can be hard to stretch. If after a couple of months you have not seen any improvement there is a simple operation that does not remove any tissue but fixes the problem. It's called a frenuloplasty. You definitely don't need a circumcision.
Are you an Aussie too?
Cheers.
Geoff

if it's a tight fraenulum then that may take a bit longer but lossening the foreskin took me around 5 - 6 weeks, stretching everyday.
Good luck.
well i can now get the head out its just slightly painful lol. so will see how it goes
