About three days ago, I came home from a night of waiting tables, and suddenly the toes in my right foot started tingling, along with the ball of my foot, but the rest of my foot is fine, except an ever so slight pain in my heel. Its a very slight tingle, and I only really notice it when I wiggle my toes around. Could an old break in that area possibly cause it, or could this be a symptom of something more severe? I have yet to start freaking out, but I fear that I will soon! Any possible answers would be greatly appreciated! : )

Could be early stage of "planter fasciitis". Best to wear good supporting shoes with a good cushion insert like Dr. Scholls blue inserts, forgot what they are actually called. The shoes should feel nice and snug under the arch and heel area, lace tie sport shoes work well. I found the New Balance Walking Shoe fit my foot best.
