Seriously, working from home helps - I can check in 3 or 4 times a day in tea breaks, lunch etc. I also have a wireless network at home so I can scan the boards from bed using the laptop. Now isn't that just the saddest thing ever http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/eek.gif

(I, too, do a fair bit, although not all of, my work from home. Like Zaffles, I tend to be somewhat disciplined about accessing the internet, which I think is absolutely necessary...but then, I think when you are working from home, you have to be quite disciplined anyway. And I post quickly, hence all the typos...lol.
