i realise that i may have had ocd for a very long time up until i had my children i dreamed but not asleep my funeral every aspect of it,
when my kids were born i dream theres, dinner has to be at a set time i have to wash up before i eat my meal emptying ashtray before i use it i live most of the time in my bedroom as my teenagers mess my house i have conversations in my head for hours at a time about something i want to tell the kids off for if they get upset i dont say anything i even give my son breakfast in bed every morning wont let them go to school feeling upset,
cleaning all the time, and real bad thoughts. my doctor has put me on antidepresants i live virtually in my bedroom i cant work but i have to be out of bed for 7 its been years since ive slept past that and so much more.
my doctor will think im nuts

The dr won't think you're nuts (if they do then its time to change doctors lol!) sounds pretty ocd-like to me and the fact you are aware of the problem means that you are not nuts (as people who are 'nuts' think they are 'normal'!) I'm convinced I'm nuts therefore I'm not - make sense, no? I live in hope!! Please tell your dr. You are not nuts, and they should be able to help. You don't need to keep suffering...

luv and best wishes
