Hi I have been trying to figure out what could be causing this.. I have pain in the top part of my wrist (the top part of my hand) and cant really move it.. I dont remember doing anything to hurt it.. I have had this problem in the past also.

Hmm , Possibly Carpel tunnel syndrome???

i always thought that would be on the bottom part of my wrist though :confused:

When top of wrist hurts it is usually tendonitis. When the underneath part of wrist hurts most likely it is carpal tunnel.
