I have heard different things mentioned as far as things that may help remedy OB's such as pepermint ect ect, Would people mind responding with things they have found helps? Over the counter stuff such as herbs ect, and teas or sorts they have found useful? Thanks!

Some people say Lysine helps them, but I didn't notice any benefits. I curretly take a daily garlic pill. I took one red marine algae pill a day for about 90 straight days (missed a day here and there in between). I read in the popular book, natural cures, that it can help "cure" one of herpes (along with some other remedies like a total body candida cleansing). I once did a candida cleansing, but not as intense as the one mentioned in the book. The only thing that seemed to relieve me of my symptoms immediately was olive oil with sauteed garlic cloves in it (the garlic is strained out after cooking lightly before applying). That is why I continue to take garlic supplements. I figure it might help from the inside out. I have heard others say hydrogen peroxide, and tea tree oil applied to lesions helps too (not the two together). Tea tree oil made me sting so badly I had to rince it off after about 20 min. I've read it can be better to dilute it with water, but haven't tried that.
I have not been officially diagnosed with herpes, but believe that is what I have. I am feeling better finally after almost 6 months after the onset of symptoms. But I still have slight pain, burning, and itching on a daily basis. It's a lot better, but I think it may be better simply because time has elapsed and my body is slowly, but surely fighting the virus.

i would suggest going to the dr. Get the proper meds not only for your own sake but for your partners as well. how could you not?
