okay, I know there have been many posts about breaking a toe nail and the toe nail coming off, but I was wondering if anyone could help me. I was closing a door this morning and it ran over my nail, causing the nail to come off of the base. Now many posts have been helpful up to that point, but my nail also split in the middle. It cracked 3/4 of the way down and it came off almost all the way. Now the only thing holding the nail on is the skin around it. Just wanted to know if there is any solution to my problem. How i can help it to heal? how to clean it properly? should i leave the nail on? oh and is there anything i can do to help soothe the pain? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks
