okay i am very young! but i am also very concerned! i have very bad back pains all day everyday, i am on pain meds for the pain and they are quite strong, but they dont work! i have taken muscle relaxers because the doctor thought it was muscle spasms, but that didnt stop the pain either. when i lay down to go to sleep at night, i only sleep for a little while before i wake up becausee of the pain. and now the pain has started in my legs. my calf muscles cramp up all the time when i walk, and even when i sit down i feel the pain. I am constantly cold and have the chills. and i always have a headache, no medication has worked for me. my eyes get blurry which makes it hard to see. And just recently, i started to get pains in my ovaries, the pain is constant throughout the day, but when i cough the pain get umbearrable. Also, my breasts have been extremely trender, and it only gets worse when im menstrating. and another thing, i have trouble breathing, like i have loss of breath very quickly and easily. and my eating habbits have changed dramatically. please if anyone has any idea what might be wrong let me know! thanks for reading my post, and if you can help me please do!

Concern and worry sometimes can cause us to end up with anxiety which in turn will cause many side effects such as perhaps not breathing properly. Have you tried taking deep breaths and very slow exhales off and on during the day. This will help balance the carbon dioxide with the oxygen allowing for oxygen to be released from the red carpusles providing oxygen to all vital organs. This is a leap in the dark, but, a very possible cause. Deep breaths and very slow exhales will help the body to relax, calm down. Some people are shallow breathers which limits oxygen to he body.
Do you eat a balanced diet? Do you eat junk food? Do you drink soft drinks? Do you take vitamins?
Have you had blood work to see if you are low in calcium, potassium or others? Do you get plenty of exercise or do you sit at the computer or tv for long periods of time? Are you overweight?
There are many things that could be a cause or partial cause for your misery.

i will start trying to take deep breaths throughout the day and hopefully that will help. and i just started a new diet type thing. i quit eating alot of junkfoods and stopped drinking soft drinks, but so far that hasnt done anything for me. and no i am not overweight, i weigh 120 lbs and i am 5'5" so i think that is normal. and the reason im so concerned is because im only 16 and that doesnt seem right for a young person like me! but thank you very much for your help and for replying to my post!

have you actually had any sort of testing such as an MRI of the area where you are actually having the pain?have you seen any sort of a speacialist for this, like an ortho surgeon or a neurologist?if not, this would definitely be something you need to do.It does not really sound like your current doc is actually trying to find the actual cause for your pain, only treating the symptoms.you need more answers than what this doc is giving you, really.speak with one or both of your parents about seeing at least a neurologist.at least to start.if you were my child,I would be demanding that the cause of all this be found asap.you should not have to keep suffering like this when there are other options here to at least find the cause of it and possiblytreat it so it just stops all together. It just does not sound as though your primary doc really wants to find the cause.it is always much easier to throw meds at someone and forget about them than it is to actually care about a patient and go thru whatever you need to do to find the real answers. You do deserve to be treated much better than you currently are.Try and get to a specialist who knows about what may be causing all of your symptoms.good luck and please keep us posted on what you find out,K?
