Ok, before anyone wants to assume: I am a married mother of one and the question is purely informational.
I wanted to see if there were a way to do a pregancy test on yourself that you could do with products from home.
I can afford a store bought one so lets not discuss that, and I am not trying to keep it from anyone, so lets not touch on that. I would just like to know if there is one.
If you do know please reply and post.
Thank you

Hi
I have never heard of anything, however, that's not to say there isn't a way. I would go on the internet and do a search. You might be able to find some information...

Actually, the hpt test is dependent on antibodies to the hcg hormone, and another antibody to anchor it to the "test" line. Unless you happen to possess the purified antibodies, the dye (which is alkaline phosphatase), and the proper solid support systems, there is NO way to make your own hpts.
