This is pretty grusome but I desperately need help.
I went for a "dump" this afternoon and then when I wiped, there was blood... I went again about an hour later, and all I did was fart - no poo - just air. There were also two little bits of I dunno what. One looked like blood inside a little sac, and a brown thing that did not look like poo. When I wiped from that - blood. Blood from no crap.
I'm really worried here. I'm desperate for help, but really don't want to tell my parents or see a Doctor. {REMOVED- Do not mention your age if you are underage. It is not safe}.
I just want to know how serious it might be, and how I could possibly get rid of the problem, and or what might happen.
{EDIT} My friend has just told me {REMOVED- Do not mention chat sites on healthboards.com} the following:::
"sometimes if you strain too much when you go for a number 2 or if you are constipated it can burst little blood vessells around the back passage. its no serious and can be helped with cream"
::: Is that possibly what has happened with me? She also says:::
"sometimes it will heal by itself but it can take years and if you are often constipated or strain a lot they'll burst again"
::: I really don't want to get cream from the doctors. Is she right there too?
Like I said - grusome, but I'm dead worried.
Thanks

don't worry too much, this sort of thing happens once in a while. your friend was right when she said, "sometimes if you strain too much when you go for a number 2 or if you are constipated it can burst little blood vessells around the back passage. its no serious and can be helped with cream"
but your friend was completely wrong when she said "sometimes it will heal by itself but it can take years and if you are often constipated or strain a lot they'll burst again". it should heal in a few days on its own. you probably don't need a cream even though it might be a little sore. if you want to put something on it you could use vaseline or an antibacterial ointment (like polysporin) if you have some in the bathroom anyway. it isn't really worth buying anything. use a pantyliner to keep the goo off your underwear. if you want to be extra careful, you can eat a lot of fibre and drink some extra water. that will help keep your No. 2 from being too hard or too runny.
i can't be sure, but it almost sounds like your friend was teasing you. don't worry!

You really do need to find out if this is internal or external blood.is this bright red blood on the toilet papaer whaen you wipe or is there also blood in the BM? you mentioned a little 'blood sac"?was this like some sort of a clot of blood?everything you described really does sound like you may just have done what the other poster described,up to the blood sac thing.THAT does not sound really 'normal'.i really do think that you need to speak with at least one of your parents so they are at least aware of what you have been finding, really.if you were my son,I would definitely want to know this bit of info.you may not really need to actually DO anything but just keep an eye on it and your BMs for a while to make sure it all goes away.but if this should continue to show itself, you may need to see a doc just to rule out other possibilitys.i know this is really embarressing for you but you DO have to put your health first.just be thankful you are not a teenage female and having to undergo pelvic exams. That can be very embarressing for any woman, espescially the first time.
Your doc(if you should need to be examined) would be very discreet about this whole thing and would only need to take a quick look while you were wearing a gown,it is all over very quickly.but if this does not go away, your good health needs to be placed first, before any possible embarressment you may feel, really.but please talk to at least one of your parents about this, like i said, they really do want to know if something is not right with you. Please let us know just what you find out,K? lmao. yeh, am a guy. dont worry bout it tho.
thanks for the advice - i'm not worried anymore to be honest. Everyone I've told says, tell your parents. It's too embarassing - so I won't do it lol. Sorry - but I'd only tell them if it got really bad. All thats come out has been gas for the last two days, but today crap actually came out. So I feel that I am okay. I am really greatful you have helped, and it's great that it's only a few days on the blood vessel thing. As for feelbad - I know it doesn't sound normal. Might have just been a carrot or summet. If it turns up I've got summet worse, I'll post on here to letcha know how everything goes. Thanks for the concern.

I've had hemmorhoid problems since I was in my teens. If it hurts, I would suggest Proctofoam or some other prescription hemmorhoid medication. Or if that's not the issue, get inspected by your doctor.
