I was taking these, and they may of seemed to helped...but what I did notice is my face was MUCH more oily. My skin is very clear, and my face was getting oily and started breaking out. I think it was majorly clogging my pores, because they were very irritated pores when I'd touch them where it broke out. I quit taking the pills and 2 days later my face feels normal again.
It makes sense, its a pill with the flax oil, fish oil, and who knows what else, and it made me wayyyyyyy too oily...
Just a heads up incase anybody else tries that kind of stuff, watch for signs of breaking out, maybe wont effect you. But my skin was oily enough, and this made it super oily.

Hey Scion,
I started taking these about a month ago. They don't seem to have bothered my skin, but my skin wasn't very oily to begin with. How many were you taking per day? Could you just reduce that amount?

my skin wasnt super oily before, but was balanced and this made it bad! I started taking the 4 they said, went down to 3, then eventually down to 2 and it just stayed oily. Quit taking them and since have been clear as usual...oh well...eyes are doing great lately...so thats good!
