Had an several test to diagnose adbdominal burning. Most recent was an MRI ordered by the doc. Just received report that says "MRI scan revealed four lesions in the liver, the largest of which was under one inch in size and appeared to be atypical hemangiomas. They are asymptomatic and not a cause for any symptoms. At this point you do not need further work-up. I'm assuming this is good news. But, has anyone had this. What is ATYPICAL HEMANGIOMAS and ASYMPTOMATIC. Any reason to worry about problems down the road? Are there things I should avoid? Obviously, doc doesn't think this is too threatening. Just don't like having "things" growing on my organs. Thanks in advance for your response.
