I have recently had a biopsy on adenoid tissue which has failed to cure my middle-ear space of what seems to feel like hardened plaque stuck right next to the eustachian tubes.
The ENT said everything is working normally. The eustachian tubes are just swollen / inflamed.
On days when there is a lot of moisture in the air the blockage feels more slimy and irritating and I am always trying to caugh it up. I have been able to caugh out very small lumps of smelly plaque. It feels like a chunk of it is left - or could it be a cyst?? I insist to the doctors that I physically can't sleep properly because of this - worse on rainy nights and indeed certain foods make it much worse and immediately contribute to the blockage.
Anyone else with me on this?
