I am in the midst of some bad days...My head feels extremely heavy and I just feel overly unwell..... UGHHH Terrible.... I also am having major fatigue issues.... I feel so tired that I am literally falling asleep while I am reading or doing something. Anyone else have this type of fatigue?

Yes...That's how I feel on "bad" days. When the dizzyness subsides, so does the heavyness and fatigue. You might try exercising. It helps me.

When you're very dizzy your brain is working extra hard to try to rectify the situation - namely work out how to balance you again. Think of it as a computer that is trying to process a lot of information. That's what makes you so tired. The less dizzy you are the less fatigued you are. Don't worry, you will get your energy back, just need to get over this bad patch,

This is stuff we ofcourse already know... But it helps for me to hear it from you guys.. I always need you guys to tell me that everything will eventually be ok... Because sometimes its just so hard to keep believing it. Thanks Again
