who spot before their af? I spot about 7 days before af begins and my dr. says it's just stress but I worry that this is affecting my fertility. If you've had this problem & coceived, what worked for you?

I have :wave: all 4 times in fact.
You can spot before AF due to ovulation spotting, implantation spotting, intercourse spotting or simply because your progesterone levels are low.

I spot about 3-5 days before AF. I also have stopped after O, and after BD.
I called me OB today and asked what my progesterone level was, they said 15. I've heard that that level is ok?
I just realized something...The very first time I spotted after O was the same month I conceived with DS (4 years ago). It kind of freaked me out b/c it never happened before. Since then I spot after every O. Don't know if that info helps you or not.

That sounds like one of the symptoms of endometriosis. You might want to ask your doctor about that
