Three days ago, I started experiencing some nagging pain in my left testical. This morning in the shower, I started feeling up the boys, and I have a very small hard bump where the tube connects to the testical. Should I worry?

it sounds like epidyimitis, inflammation of that tube. if it continues, you'll probably need to see a doctor for the right antibiotics.

and do what until then?
