Help, today I noticed a new crop of red spots/brown spots on my upper chest area where I never had any before. I read these are also called liver spots. Could these spots be an indication of an overloaded or toxic liver?

I did some research on this a while back and what i discovered is when the ultaviolet rays strike your skin the membranes of those skin cells will oxidize so since the membranes are made up of exclusively of the Fat you consume then consuming a Fatty Acid thats stable to the rays is what you want and that is the Monounsaturated Fatty Acids..(olive oil/avacados. etc..) Also some Plant pigments help like Lycopene (tomatoes) and Beta Carotine (carrots). Just lettin you know.......

I used Triluma and it got rid of them. I had some so deep on my hands the spots are gone but you can see a indentation where they were.
I also had brown on my lower jaw line and it worked wonders.
Also use a good sun screen and if you use make up use one that has spf.
Triluma takes about 6-8 weeks to work but I was very happy with it.

Thanks. I've never heard of Triluma. Is it an OTC product or by prescription only? I never knew that getting rid of brown spots can leave an indent. I thought they were surface spots that faded. Anyways, it makes me happy to read that you've had success with Triluma. I will see if I can find it here?

It is Prescription only. It was exspensive because my insurance wouldn't cover it.
They said it was considered "cosmetic". I saved and got it because I couldn't stand having them anymore.

Hydroquinone cream 4%. If you can't get it in US you can at Canadian pharmacys and without a prescription.

Okay, just looked up Triluma. Save your money and buy the straight Hydroquinone cream, which is what Triluma is.

You can't get that in the US without a script.

I didn't think so either but someone on another forum said she was able to get it no problem. Either way, it is easily accessible online through Canadian pharmacies without a script.
