I really didn't know where to post this information since we don't know what she has. This is my cousin and she has been suffering from this unexplained illness for approx. one year and I was hoping someone could help me on this Board.
Most days she has severe stomach pain, upper and lower abdomen pain and burning in the esophagus. The stomach does not seem to empty. Feel full and bloated most of the time. Can only eat or drink very small portions at a time and occasional vomiting but feels nauseas most of the time. Bending over for even a brief time causes nausea and weakness. She needs a cane to walk. Her vision is very blurred. Has lost 30 lbs. in last three months. (l48 lbs. to ll8) Spends two to three hours per day in bed. Can't see well enough to read or watch TV. She never feels well enough to leave the house except to go to the doctor's office. Recent two days in the hospital have helped the general condition. The morphine stopped the pain for a while. The angiogram was negative, but the pain is still there. Does anyone out there recognize these symptoms?
