I am looking for a surgeon and need input. I dont like that you cant see Garth Fisher's work unless you buy his video or pay $500 for a consult. I have no problem paying more for the best, but shouldnt you make your work available for someone to see? Anyone have any recommendations of Dr.'s with before and after pics available? I would like very natural looking breasts and would prefer transaxillary (under arm) if i can find someone who does it VERY well.
