Ive never done weed or any illegal drugs, but people have mentioned to me i look high most the time. like i have red eyes and look really mad or sleepy...but the eyes are allergies but im not sure why i look sleepy or mad all the time...i am tired alot but thats probably because i only eat junk food and drink pop, and am overweight and dont exercise..or could it be more? also sometimes when im not tired but not hyper, like inbetween people still tell me i look mad?? i dont get it. ill be happy soemtimes and people tell me i look tired and mad...

if i eat extremely good foods, sleep more adn exercise and lose all the weight do you think it would make me be alot more energetic and look less "high" and angry? thanks.

one more bit of info i think i have social anxiety so alot of times at school im not myself, like im a goofy person but usualy at school im very quiet...so that might be a reason...alot of the time though its like the life is sucked right out of me when im around people that arent my close friends...ill go from being hyper period hanging out with my best friends and the next class wont have any friends in it so ill be like a zombie...i hate it with a passion...i want to fix it so badly...

You might consider discussing your concerns with your regular doctor. They might be able to give you something to help with the allergies. I know that there are eye drops, or allergy pills. Your doctor can also discuss weight loss, exercise, and proper eating habits with you. Also, your doctor can discuss anxiety issues and perhaps try some sort of treatment for that. Finally, your doctor can do an exam and bloodwork to figure out if there is any medical reason for you to be feeling so tired. It could be that you have a thyroid condition or some other underlying condition that is causing some of your issues.

To start with, try to get enough sleep, try to cut down on junk food and add more fruits and vegetables, and try to get some exercise. Even going on a 15-30 minute walk each day can make a big difference in how you feel. You might consider switching to diet pop (or ideally, drinking more water instead of pop), because that will cut out a lot of extra calories and help with weight loss.
