I'm thinking of having a tummy tuck. I had three C-sections, 3 boys all over 10 pounds!!! I have really bad sagging of the tummy skin and muscles plus a thick layer of fat that never goes away. I don't even reconize my belly button.....and horrible stretch marks that start slightly below my breasts.
I want to find a surgeon in Northern Ca somwhere.

Any advice
