I am having a sharp pain in the right side of my chest, right below my right (about 2 inches down and 2 inches to the left(left the way im looking) of my nipple) breast. I got done rollerblading for a while about 30 minutes previous and was relaxed. It was a sharp pain and now i only feel it when i take a deep breath or stand up and sit down. I didnt fall or break a rib. I am on blood preasure medication for hypertension. Im a 22 y.o. male. Any ideas?

Sounds like pleuresy. Does the pain subside when you hold your breath and kind of bear down?

I've had that before. Don't know why. It went away after maybe an hour. Boy did it hurt to breathe in. I really couldn't explain why it happens. But, I know several people who it also seemed to happen too. I hope you get better.
