probably! I have no freaking idea how the hell I got molluscum since I haven't been sexually active in almost a year but its on my genitals anyway...it only has an incubation of 2-8 weeks and I remember seeing spots around christmas first...

No, you cant get herpes from a toilet seat. The virus cant live on non-human objects.
As far as the warts comment from JohnQ, you can actually contract the virus that causes warts and go for years without showing any symptoms.
