hey is restless sleeping and fear of rejection symptoms of OCD i have been researching and alot of these posts are making me realize all of the things i do and i was wondering if they are symptons....

Both could very well be. As far as the restless sleeping, do you find that you wake up more frequently and dream more vividly during bad bouts of obsessions? Like, you can't get a good night's sleep because your mind is constantly working overtime and you get these really bizarre dreams that prevent you from getting rest? :confused:
