I have noticed for the past month that i have moved out to the desert that i have been getting dry flakey skin just under the head of my penis. No itching, burning, or anything like that. Does anyone have any ideas?

Use a little moisturizer on it. 100% aloe vera works well.

If you are washing with soap, try washing your penis with just water. Most soaps dry my glans out, and cause the flaking you are seeing.
