Many years ago, I was told I overpronate, that is, my feet roll inward too much. I got shoes that were supposed to help. They weren't special shoes or anything, they were just well-built tennis shoes (feild hockey shoes actually).
I didnt think about it much until I started working and standing on my feet for long periods at a time. I've long sense gotten new shoes that raen't made to support over-pronation and aren't even made well (I dont have much money for shoes). Now my feet hurt nearly all the time and I think it's due to this overpronation thing. Is there anything I can do to make them stop hurting?
